Hereditary

This movie traumatized me, I can't even begin to describe this movie because honestly it was too much.
The beginning started out with a family going to their grandmothers funeral.
The grandmother and the mother (Annie) never really got along, and they left on bad terms. The mother would never let the grandmother near her son when she had him (Peter) But Annie's mother had gotten very sick, so they had to take care of her. And when Annie had gotten pregnant again she had given birth to her daughter, the grandmother had gotten unusually attached to the daughter (Charlie) that she wouldn't even let Annie feed her baby.
As Charlie and Peter grew, Charlie got more and more attached to her grandmother as well. But then the grandmother died.
Sudden, in the beginning of the movie as well. But Annie didn't cry, she just went back to work. And looked through her mothers old stuff.
Later on Peter asks to go to a 'School event' and Annie tells him to bring Charlie as well. Charlie has an allergy to walnuts, and has to be careful around them.
Turns out there was never a 'School event' It was a friends party, and he goes upstairs with a couple friends of his and leaves Charlie downstairs with no one to watch for her safety. And it doesn't turn out well. And this, is where the movie, Actually, starts.

Abigail

This movie starts out a little confusing with a group of people kidnaping a child, (Abigail).
and obviously a few people die, as this group of completely different people fight for their lives, it gets rather gory!
I almost threw up, but not and a gory part, just at a gross part!
Though this movie is disgusting and strange, it is also very funny!

The acting is not the greatest, but the comedy is!!
I mean let's be honest, we were only there for the line "Sammy, those are onions!!"
Sigh, poor sammy heh!

But altogether it's a very well-done movie and it's worth a second watch!
I liked it, it's not one of my all-time favorite movies but, it's pretty good!!

Going straight to the 80's where I will introduce to you...
'Never ending story.'
Based for the very popular movie, 'Never ending story.' I'm sure everyone over a certain age has seen this movie, and cried.
It's a deeply sad movie but also really good, and I don't regret watching it. And if you have watched it as well, i'm sure you feel the same way.
Because it was honestly really well made and pretty beautiful. It was creative and bright.
But back to the song, to me it doesn't really make sense because what do you mean, 'Her eyes are the mirror of your dreams.'
Honestly it isn't the greatest song ever, but every song has its flaws I suppose.
But even so, at least make it make sense. But other than that it wasn't all that bad.

Hey!

Sorry it took me so long to post, I had a rough few months and I have been pretty tired lately.

What happened this month

My brothers girlfriend had this awesome karaoke (Kare - ro - key) party for her 18th birthday, the cake was fire and there were a lot of good singers as well, but *Achem* a lot of bad ones too...and we had lots of snacks and drinks and then we had cake!!

NEXT ACTIVITY

I went to the mall with my mother, I was really empty the only stores open were Clair's and Kohl's It was super quiet as well, there was like 10 other people there, and everyone kinda looked the same, it was fun, we made fun of a lot of the stores lol.

NEXT ACTIVITY

I have been listening to a lot of Coheed and a lot of taking back Sunday because I am going on their tour!!!!!111!!1!11!11!11!!1!1!!!1!!!1! XDDDDDDDDDDDDDD My first tour !!!!!!!11!1!1!!1!1!!1!11! 11!1!!!!1! YYyYYyYyYYAAAAaaAaAaayYYyYYYyyyyYY !!! I am super excited!!

NEXT ACTIVITY

~*Fathers day*~ Isn't it swell, I made a legend of Zelda card for my stepdad and a kitty card for my dad!! I think they really liked it!! And the I threw a fire ball at my dad (A very long story) I think we had a good day!! :DD

NEXT ACTIVITY

I have been collecting a lot of stuff to send to my bsf!! I think that she will be super excited because imma send her a lot of stickers lmao!!
I also went to a lot of garage sales that helped me find stuff for her!! SO YAYYAYAYYAY!!! >:DDD

NEXT ACTIVITY

Bonfire party...The last time we will see my brother's girlfriend before she moves back to Brazil, we will miss her dearly, she filled in a huge gap in all of our hearts. And I know my brother will miss her so much!

....So...I have finished stranger things, and it is one of my favorite shows, but I didn't see the point in killing off Eddie.
He was a great, funny, silly, sweet, cool guy, why did they kill him off?

Other than that it was EPIC!!!
I mean what was happening with hopper was insane, I mean he was kidnapped by Russians!! Now he can say that he has been to Russia lol!!
I really like his part, and when we got to see Suzie again it was pretty funny!
But not gonna lie Johnathan is a really bad boyfriend, (And babysitter) But Nancy is not any better, Steve tried hard and changed, but she treats him like trash.

Sigh

Anyway, I kinda don't care about anyone other than Steve, Eddie, Joyce, Robin, Billy, and Dustin, the rest of them are not really good at acting.
But it was soOOoOoOoOOoo worth it!! I would watch it a hundred times over!
Except for the dead Eddie part that was horrible! I cried so much :(

It was all so worth it! I am excided for the next season!!

Spree

Okay I watched Spree just last night, and let me tell you when I heard it was creepy, I never thought it would be that brutal!
Joe Keery is so good looking and good at acting!!

This movie starts out crazy, he is some sort of Uber driver, but instead of "Uber" it's "Spree".
But on these rides he kills people, and he gets popular for it, thousands of people love what he is doing, Obviously some of them think it is fake...but that is not the worst part, he thinks it's normal.
but things take a turn when one of his passengers changes their mind about riding in a spree.
He is a horrifying silly guy who thinks that everything he is doing, is normal.
but when you go further into the movie, it's worse than you think. I won't spoil anything so if this sound fantasizing to you, check it out!!

Good luck fellow nerds, and please sub to KurtsWorld96, One word!! :D

The others

This movie is so twisted, it starts out normal, just a family, and some caretakers living in a quiet home, a very big home as well.

This loving family has no father, and someone has invaded their home, the mother (Grace) (I think) has a young daughter (Anne), and she keeps telling these weird stories. that there is a boy and a family in the home, the boy (Vicktor), keeps opening the window curtains, knowing well that the children are allergic to the sunlight. To understand why the little boy and his family is there and will not leave them alone, you will have to watch the movie to find out.

It is creepy and thrilling, and it has a complete plot-twist that I assure you no one was expecting!
Well except for my Step-dad...I think he looked it up Because as soon as the main character was shown he guessed the plot-twist heh!

This movie was not only amazing but worth watching a million times over!!
I swear it was super good, including the acting!

Hey, we are still in the 50's but we will be outta here soon, no worries!! Just a little longer! :D

Today's song is.....*drum-roll*...Hound Dog by the famous Elvis Presley, Not the worst song i've heard!
It was really loved by one of my old friends, she loves Elvis, and we still keep in contact!

Fun facts about Elvis, he stole a lot of his music from black artists, I repeat 'Stole!' He was very racist and disrespectful to people of color.
He had a lovely voice and wasted it on songs that were not his, now I have no idea if this song was stolen or not but it is a song from the 50's so it will have to do.

Backstory:
I do not know much, and I'm not even sure he knew what this song was about, but I am assuming they went through a hard breakup, so they made a song to show how they felt in that moment, whoever made the song, they must have been cheated on or hurt badly in some way, and that must have been hard on them.
Or maybe they were in the wrong and when the relationship failed they felt like the victim.

Whatever happened, it is now in song form!
pluntzyboba: (Default)
The decade is still the 50's so today's song is....*Drum-roll* Earth Angel by the penguins!

I think this one is really catchy and the singers are spectacular!
But it kinda got old unexpectedly quickly heh, my older brother listens to it Non-stop, I guess he likes it as well!
I really like this song because it is sweet, I think that the 50's was a great time for music, the songs were so lovely!! <3
So a really, really loud and long round of applause for them!

It's backstory:
Since I cannot find enough information for the backstory of this song (So imma just write my theory).
I think one of them fell in love, so they (Obviously) decided to make a song from all of the love that they hold in their hearts!
Pretty gnarly right!

Love it! :D

The Ritual

This movie is crazy, I'm telling you the first five minutes of this was thrilling, I mean I was on the edge of my seat.
This movie starts out like something normal, a robbery, a death, pain. But something is different...when those men lose their friend to that robbery, Luke feels guilty for not stepping in, while going on a long hike (the last thing their friend wanted to do before he was killed). But they go off the hiking rout...and get lost, as they are in the woods, they see animals hung up from trees gutted and gored.

As it goes deeper into the night, they see weird symbols on trees, they end up at this random cabin that looks old and forgotten, and things take an...interesting turn after that, I don't want to spoil anything so I would suggest watching the movie, the thing putting those animals in the trees....let's just say it was "Godly".

Today's Decade of music we will start in the 50's and go up from there by every month!

Today's song is, *Drum-roll* ... Paul anka's famous Put your head on my shoulder! It was very popular then and is still popular to this day!

It's backstory:
He made the song because every time he went on stage, lot's of his fans would put each other's heads on their shoulders, it is a sweet song to his fans loyalty to each other! Some were couples, some were friends, and some family. but it does not matter what, because they all loved each other! <3

It's a really sweet, catchy song, I enjoy listening to it from time to time, but not all the time!

Put your head on my shoulder - Paul anka

Parasite

May. 21st, 2025 03:41 pm
pluntzyboba: (pic#17862843)
Okay this movie (Parasite) is super freaky/creepy, I cried so much because this movie perfectly shows what we, as people in poverty are going through.
It's slowing killing them, having been made fun of, teased, and they were slowly dying, and nobody cared....only when the rich gets hurt, or made fun of, that's when we jump in, that's when we protect, that's when we care.
If the world we live on is barely surviving, how do you expect the people that live on it to keep on living?
If we are being judged for the color of our skin, and how much money we have, and who we love, how have we even survived this long.
I mean what's not to get?!

Parasite is the perfect example to show how we are being criticized and bullied because of how much money we make, even though they don't have any idea who we are....they don't care how hard we work, how kind-hearted we are, how smart we are, the only things that matter in this society...Is how you look, how much money you have, and if you were born into a white family.....We were never and never will be, good enough.
So all we have to do now is try. Try to be a good person, try to support people, try to love, try to work hard. Because if you are a good person, you do good things, and you think the right things, and people will continue on to do good things, except for people who don't try.

10/10 peak

Howdy!
This is my first time here, I wanted my first post to be Beautiful, long but not to long, and inspiring, and then a movie came to mind, one that had changed my whole view on life, one that was beautiful and made me cry, Dead poets society (DPS).
DPS is one of my all time favorite movies so here is my all time favorite quote....

"We don't read and write poetry because it's cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is filled with passion. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love, these are what we stay alive for." - John keating

I love that poem because it just really hits you in the gut! :3
Gets you in the feels ya know what I mean?
I love Robert Sean Leonard so much and Ofc I love Robin Williams!! They have such talent when it comes to acting, it is too overwhelming (but In a good way!)
I have never been so In love with a movie in my entire life!
I mean Todd's reaction to when Neil died, my heart just sank! It was a wonderful, but sad, experience!
And I wanted to share it with you, please watch the movie, then you will feel the feelings I do!!
